Customers would be required to return the previous availed items at the time of the next order.
Customers can choose to extend the item(s) only once if they wish to use that further, extension
will be counted as new item.
Customers can select the dates of items exchange as per their convenience, there is no compulsion on
the number of days, the items can be used in a
particular billing cycle.
The amount of the monthly subscription and insurance, if availed, will be automatically deducted
from your card every month. You can unsubscribe from the
membership plan through our website or mobile application, atleast 7 working days before your next billing date.
