RENT FROM RYW
SUBSCRIBE
  • Go to https://ryw.ae/
  • Register yourself with the information required.
  • Select the monthly subscription.
  • Choose styles as per your plan.
  • Make the payment online accordingly.
  • Receive the box at your doorstep.
UNSUBSCRIBE
  • Subscribers can easily unsubscribe from the RYW services by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ option on the website.
  • The unsubscribe option will be applicable once you select the 'Return' and the clothes have been collected and reached back.
  • Subscriber must inform RYW to unsubscribe from the existing plan, 5 working days before completing the billing cycle to avoid any further deduction.
  • Please share your concerns with us and we will get back to you with better services.
UPGRADE
  • Subscribers can easily upgrade the subscription packages to a greater number of apparel by availing upgrade option under their profile on the website.
  • Any upgrade will be processed only after finishing the previous subscription cycle completely.
  • Subscriber will be receiving the next apparels as per the upgraded subscription once we collect the previous apparels back.
DOWNGRADE
  • NO downgrades, subscribers can simply ‘Unsubscribe’ the existing plan and subscribe for the desired plan from the next month.
  • Please inform us 5 working days before completing the billing cycle to avoid any further deduction.
EXCHANGE
  • Subscribers can exchange the apparel based on the given criteria within 24 hours of package receipt.
  • Exchange criteria: wrong sizes/wrong styles received.
  • Exchange requests will not be entertained after 24 hours of receival.
  • RYW team will coordinate further for the exchanged items delivery time & location.
REFUNDS
  • NO Refunds are possible for subscription plans.
  • RYW subscription plans are ‘Transferable’ so can easily be gifted or passed on to someone else. *
RETURN
  • Subscriber will be returning all the  apparel as per the subscription package timelines or choose to return earlier as well.
  • Select the return option under your profile
  • RYW team will coordinate with the subscribers for return pickups.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
  • Subscriber will be paying 100% refundable security deposit along with the subscription package at the time of subscription.
  • Security deposit is fully refundable unless the apparel are lost or damaged to the extent is not fit to be used further.
  • Security deposit refund will be processed once the RYW team receives the return package and inspect for any damage.
  • Subscriber will be receiving security deposit refund within 7 working days in their bank account directly.

  • Add images and other information required for your preloved
  • Allow us to come back to you in a day or 2 after distance evaluation
  • Please select the option of self drop or paid pickup for physical inspection of your dresses to determine the condition.
  • Rental Agreement will be shared with you to sign and return.
  • Renter will be receiving his/her share in his bank account at the end of agreement.
BUY/SELL PRELOVED
  • Register at https://ryw.ae/
  • Select add products under preloved category
  • Add images and other information required for your preloved items
  • Allow us to come back to you in a day or 2 after distance evaluation
  • Please select the option of self drop or paid pickup for physical inspection of your dresses to determine the condition.
  • Preloved Agreement will be shared with you to sign and return.
  • Renter will be receiving his/her share in his bank account at the end of agreement.
