When will my order arrive?

Your delivery date will be confirmed before checkout. Check your email for confirmation your order has shipped and to locate your tracking information. Deliveries are made between 8am and 10pm during weekdays. 4 or 8-day Reserve rentals may be delivered on Saturdays.

How do I use wallet credit?

Upon checking out, your wallet credit will be automatically applied to your bag. If you don't use the entire credit, the remainder will be stored in your RYW account for future purchases. Wallet credits don't expire and can be used toward the purchase of anything on the site.

I've placed my order. What do I do next?

First thing's first, get excited. You're going to look great! Your order will ship 1-2 days before your rental begin date. Once it's shipped, you can track your order in real-time. Be sure to try on everything the moment your order arrives. On the off chance, you're not totally satisfied with your Reserve rental, we'll do everything in our power to get a replacement style to you in time for your event. That's our 100% Guarantee

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item in your Reserve order, we'll do everything we can to get you a free replacement. Please be sure to try on your order immediately upon receiving it. The sooner we know there's an issue, the sooner we can get you a replacement.   All you need to do to get a replacement is log in to our website, click "Get a Replacement" on the top banner and follow the prompts. Request your replacement as soon as possible. The expected delivery timing will be provided prior to confirming your order.

How do I choose the perfect outfit?
