Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit will be charged along with your rental. This amount will be returned to you once the items are returned in good condition and within the rental tenure. Please note that in the event of loss or significant damage to the rented outfits, resulting in them being unusable, the security deposit will be forfeited. Security Deposit Processing Time: The processing time for releasing the security deposit is typically 2-3 working days. We appreciate your trust and patience throughout this process. Doorstep Delivery Services: We offer paid delivery services across the UAE. Enjoy the convenience of next-day delivery. Please plan your rental outfit and tenure accordingly, as outfit exchanges are not available. Outfit Trial Appointments: You have the option to book an appointment for outfit trials through our WhatsApp Support. This gives us the opportunity to provide personalized styling assistance, ensuring you find the perfect look. Size Exchange and Buying Option: Please note that size exchanges are only available for the buying option. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. A credit note will be issued instead. We count 3 Days Rental as: Day1 -Self pickup or Delivery Day2- Wear Day 3- Return We value your satisfaction and strive to provide an exceptional rental experience.
